		<description>Both Hewitt and Gaudio should be feeling the heat, but neither will get canned; especially Hewitt, as his buyout is ridiculous.  He&#039;s done very little with a lot of talent.</description>

		<description>Thanks for stopping by.  I know he does have the studs coming in, but my feeling was NCST was not happy.  He wasn&#039;t the top choice when the hired him.  If the right person became available I wouldn&#039;t be surprised if they found a way to move on.  Just my thought.  I would also think Haith&#039;s seat might be a little warm, but I don&#039;t think Miami Basketball Fans are as cut throat as the the traditional basketball powers of the conference.  I guess that is why I ultimately chose Lowe.</description>
