Awesome game! You just knew we were going to come back on them. But I hope we never have to play Clemson again. Geez, they’re pesky!

Tracking my feelings for GV: After UNC, I upgraded my feelings for GV to dislike. I think I’m still there, but it must be going up cause normally I would have hated the mop the floor thing but last night I actually thought it was funny. Maybe cause we had just taken the lead and I was on a high, but either way, I think GV must finally be growing on me.

Back to turnovers for me because it really stood out to me when we played Clemson last time. At Clemson this year, GV committed 9 TO’s while Hayes committed 5. That’s way over their season averages – 3.3 and 1.5, respectively. At home, I think we can afford to give up a couple more, so I’m setting the magic number for combined TO’s for these guys at 7. Assuming GV and EH bring the ball up the most, if they limit their TO’s to 7, we win. If it’s 8-10, it’s anyone’s game and we’re looking at another buzzer beater. 11 or more, we lose. There, that was easy.

I think the key for us is that someone other than Williams has to grab some boards. He can’t do it himself and if we get dominated on the boards, this is going to be a long night. I like that we are at home, but I’m nervous for this one. Hell I’m nervous for all remaining games.

Oh and Clemsongirl, I hope CCPS are OPEN tomorrow!!

Box out, rebound, box out, and rebound. Two guys beside Vasquez have to be productive. Whether that is Milbourne and Hayes, or Tucker and Gregory, or Moseley and Bowie. It doesn’t matter. We just need two other guys to show up. We can win this game but it will be a close one. I hope we don’t have to win via another buzzer beater.
