Some Quick and Exciting Terps Football News
I know it is really hard to think about Maryland Football at the momement, while the basketball team is flying so high, but over on the Washington Post, there is post on the Terrapin Insider, that Maryland and Notre Dame are in negotiations for a football game at Fedex in 2011. Nothing concrete yet, but it sounds like this is pretty likely to me.

i am all for any ACC team getting a chance to stomp ND. though this matchup may not be a stomping with Kelly now at ND.

Well I am sure ND will be a top 10 program by then. Anytime we schedule a series with anyone (not sure if this is a series or just one game) they somehow get a lot better. Remember when Rutgers was supposed to be a laugher, then we agree to a home and home with them and the football program goes through a reinssence (I have no idea how to spell that).
If it pans out, I’m excited to see it.

Same can be said for Cal. When we signed that deal, neither of the teams were that good. When it came time to play, Cal was and Maryland, was ok at best. I am looking forward to this though.

I did see where Debbie Yow confirmed there are in negotiations with Notre Dame. No specifics as of yet, but it has been confirmed that they are trying to get it done.
