The Angels have been Yankee killers for the last 6 years, and the only reason they're down 3-2 is because they forgot how to field the first two games. I'd love to see a Yanks-Phillies series, though. Phillies are the hottest team in baseball, and I wouldn't mind keeping it on the east coast. (full disclosure: I'm a Terps alum and Yanks fan. My wife is a die hard Hokie grad and O's fan. She still has a crush on BJ Surhoff. It's a wonder our marriage has survived to this point.) Yanks aren’t even guaranteed a place in the WS. He hits one homerun to tie a game and another walk off in a series that isn't even that contested and he's a clutch player? What about all the other years when he did nothing. Oh well. Maybe the Yankees will lose again in the World Series and MD will beat Duke in football and basketball. Then all will be right with the world.
