Maryland Basketball lands another highly rated national recruit for next year’s incoming class.  Matt Bracken is reporting Mychal Parker has commited to Coach Gary Williams and will play for the Terps next year.  Parker is a 6’6″ SF who currently plays for the Miller School in Charlottesville, VA.  He rated as a 4 star player and is ranked number 54 overall on Scout.com.

Parker will join Terrell Stoglin and Terrence Ross at Maryland next year.  This class is shaping up to be one of Gary’s more highly rated classes in recent years.  Recruiting at Maryland is picking up, and this is another player to be excited about in a top rated class thus far.  I need to do some number crunching, but I believe there is one more scholarship open for next years class.
