Maryland Basketball Receives Second Verbal for Class of 2010

The future of the Terps back court just got a big boost today.  Matt Bracken is reporting the Terps received a verbal commitment from Terrence Ross from Montrose Christian.  Ross is the #31 ranked player in the current Junior class by Rivals.com  Ross is a 6-5 180 lb shooting guard originally from Oregon.  He transferred to Montrose Christian this year, and according to an interview Bracken had with Montrose head coach Stu Vetter, the reason he chose Maryland was he loved it so much at Montrose.

Terrence Ross will (keep your fingers crossed that these guys will wind up as Terps) join Terrell Stoglin in the class of 2010.  With the incoming class of Jordan Williams and James Padgett, Gary Williams seems to be getting some quality players, atleast in the minds of the “recruiting experts”.
